1. Take minor breaks. In order for the brain to work more actively and better, you need to give him a little rest between cases or even in performing a single task. Abrupt shifts of attention will help to fill with energy. For example, if you don’t see a way to solve a problem, no longer have the strength to study a boring subject, the numbers in reports don’t add up, no matter how many times you count, it’s better to take a short break and let the brain rest.
